Hello everyone

Due to certain circumstances I was forced to re-organize the team of our lovely group here.

Now we are one fangirl short, oh no, what to do?

I ask you, dear watchers and members!

If anyone of you has time and interest to become the new personal assistant of Zalosta and me, please send me a note.

What kind of work does await you if you are mod, you ask?

a small but nice team to work with

endless discussions with the admin who writes the next journal

occassionally planning a contest (next one hopefully around Christmas)

organizing contests (not alone, of course)

accepting or declining submitted art (we'll talk about the details later)

if necessary, moving accepted art into the correct folder

commenting on coments on the page, answering comments in journals, and one or two other little things (I'll tell you more about that when the time comes)



What are the requirements for you?

it would be best if you could check daily, but 2-3x per week is fine, too

I might ask you to assist or write a journal sometimes, so basic English skill are needed. I'm the last one who asks for perfection, but your English should be good enough to be understood by readers with mediocre skills

open-minded would be wonderful! We love and support naughty slash so it would be better for everyone involved if you did, too

talking about slash - this includes art/writings with a "mature content", so you should be old enough to view those submission

nice, friendly personality, patience, a sense of humor - if you are all this, it's wonderful but you should also be able to say "no". We don't accept everything, so, even if it's hard, sometimes we decline submissions. You should be able to do that (it feels horrible, but I assure you, it get's easier) if necessary. Sometimes, a decline raises questions, in that case, you should be able to stand your ground and kindly explain why something got declined.

having Sniper/Medic as one of your OTPs is obligatory

you do NOT have to be an artist, writer, g-modder or anything yourself

Sounds like a lot of work? Nah, it looks worse than it is. Besides, I don't plan to shove all my work onto you, I just need some help sometimes. And I'm always there if my help or advice is needed.
