The end of this group? I hope not! But please read

Oh dear everyone, I'm sorry! I thought I'd get notifications if there were any comments on a journal (I get a message when sb comments on the profile, so I thought that applies to journals, too), and already feared nobody wanted this job (except for the two mails I got).

I'm really sorry I reply so late! I'll answer and contact every single one of you who commented and wrote me tomorrow, Saturday!

Thank you so much for enjoying our group, even if things got a bit boring here from my side, and thank you for offering your help! You're all awesome people, and I already hate the thought that I have to make a decision and can't just add all of you as founders or co-founders!

Hello Ladies and Gents, Ligeia speaking!

As some of you know, I'm the admin of this group.

When I created the group together with a friend we were rather new to the fandom and shocked at the lack of love for our otp.

Well, times have changed. The staff has changed, there are many more Sniper/Medic-fans out there who have discovered a soft spot for the vanbulance (or what ever other name you prefer for the ship).

Unfortunately, I'm not one of them anymore.

Because of reasons I lost my love for my former and first tf2 otp, and I know it shows in the way the group is led. For what I have to apologize.

I don't enjoy the pairing anymore, and with that, I'm hardly fit to be the admin of a group dedicated to them.

This leaves three options:

1. not caring and just accept whatever is admitted without taking a closer look
2. closing the group
3. finding a new admin who feels the love and enthusiams I used to have

I don't want to close the group. It has a solid member base, it receives submissions, and I'm sure if somebody was in charge who enjoys the ship the activity would raise and the fun would return.

For now I'll continue with option 1.

If somebody knows someone who'd like to take over, or wants to take over themselves (be you a mod or member), please message me any time! If you've never been admin or mod of a group, don't worry. I'll assist you until you got the knack of things, I won't hand you the keys and storm out, leaving you alone with the mess.

I only demand three simple things you'd have to promise me:

1. you are free to change/add/improve rules, but please keep to the basic guidelines
2. if you grow tired of the group, don't just abandon/close it, try to find a new admin
3. there are people in this fandom I don't want to take over or be added as mods/admins. Ever. Okay, the number is low, between 0 and 2.

Will shed some light on 1 and 3 after I've received your message.

I hope we'll find a good solution how to continue with this group, although I'm not that passionate about it anymore, I don't want to just close, and won't.
